This website is operated by Mejorvap. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mejorvap. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 - AGE RESTRICTION (STRICTLY 18+)
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence (strictly 18+ years old for EU customers).
WARNING: Our products contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. Our products are intended for use by existing smokers or vapers only. They are not to be sold to, or used by, children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or persons with or at risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or taking medicine for depression or asthma.
We reserve the right to verify your age using third-party verification systems. If we cannot verify your age, we reserve the right to cancel your order immediately.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & WARRANTY
We specialize in disposable vape devices (e.g., Fumot, RandM, Airmez). Please note the following specific terms regarding these products:
- Taste & Preference: Taste is subjective. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you dislike a flavor.
- Puff Count: The advertised "Puff Count" (e.g., 12000, 20000) is an estimate provided by the manufacturer based on laboratory testing. Actual puff count may vary depending on individual usage habits (draw duration, frequency). This is not a guarantee and cannot be used as a valid reason for dispute.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): If you receive a device that is not working upon arrival (DOA), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence. We will provide a replacement or store credit after verification.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & EU WAREHOUSE POLICY
3.1 EU Customers (European Union)
We ship directly from our EU Warehouse (Poland). For customers within the European Union (e.g., Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, etc.):
- No Customs Issues: Since the goods are shipped from within the EU, there are no customs checks or seizures.
- Tax-Free: You will NOT be charged any additional import VAT or duties upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is final.
- Delivery Time: Typical delivery is 2-7 business days, depending on your location. However, delays caused by the courier (DHL/DPD/UPS) or force majeure are beyond our control.
3.2 Non-EU Customers
If you are ordering from outside the European Union (e.g., UK, Switzerland, Norway), you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your local government.
SECTION 4 - RETURNS & REFUNDS (HYGIENE POLICY)
Due to the nature of our products (Sanitary Goods), we DO NOT accept returns of opened or used products.
For health and safety reasons, once the seal on a disposable vape is broken, it cannot be returned. We only accept returns for:
- Wrong items sent by us.
- Items that are still in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging (within 14 days of receipt). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
SECTION 6 - PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mejorvap shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
