At Mejorvap, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied. However, due to the nature of our products (disposable vape devices), we have a strict return policy to ensure hygiene and safety standards.

Please read the following guidelines carefully before placing an order.

⚠️ HYGIENE DISCLAIMER:
According to EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Therefore, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used disposable vapes.

1. "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) Guarantee

We understand that manufacturing defects can occur. If you receive a device that is non-functional out of the box (e.g., does not light up, no vapor, auto-firing), you are covered by our 72-Hour DOA Warranty.

How to claim:

  1. You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery (based on tracking timestamp).
  2. Send an email to [Insert Your Email] with your Order Number.
  3. REQUIRED EVIDENCE: You must provide a short video demonstrating the issue (e.g., trying to inhale with no light).

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a store credit for the defective unit. You do NOT need to ship the faulty disposable back to us unless specifically requested.

2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Unopened Items Only)

If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The items are completely UNOPENED and still in their original sealed packaging.
  • The security seal/shrink wrap has not been broken or tampered with.

Please Note:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply for large bulk returns.

3. Wrong Item Sent

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong flavor or model, please contact us immediately with a photo of the received items. We will reship the correct items to you immediately from our EU warehouse at no cost to you. You can keep the wrong items as a gift.

4. Items NOT Covered

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Taste Preference: E-liquid taste is subjective. We cannot refund a product simply because you do not like the flavor.
  • Puff Count Dispute: The advertised puff count (e.g., 12000 puffs) is a maximum estimate provided by the manufacturer. Actual usage depends on drag duration. Variations in lifespan are not considered a defect.
  • Burnt Taste from Misuse: If you fail to remove the silicone sticker or wait for the coil to saturate (priming) before vaping, causing a burnt taste, this is considered user error.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (for unopened items) or your video evidence is approved (for DOA items), we will notify you via email.

  • Refunds are processed to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
  • Store credits are issued immediately.
